Processing and Production

Processing and production times depend on the product, order quantity, customization requirements, packaging, supplier availability, and order complexity. The estimated processing and production schedule will be confirmed during order review and stated in the quotation or order confirmation.

Ocean Transit

Qualifying U.S. wholesale orders include standard ocean shipping unless otherwise stated in writing. Standard ocean transit is generally estimated at 24–35 days after the vessel departs.

Some West Coast deliveries may arrive sooner depending on the sailing schedule, port, and final destination. All transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Actual timing may vary due to sailing schedules, port congestion, customs clearance, weather, carrier delays, final destination, supplier processing, and order configuration.

Final Delivery Schedule

The estimated production, departure, transit, and delivery timeline for each order will be stated in the quotation or order confirmation.

Delivery dates are estimates unless GlobiSun expressly confirms a guaranteed delivery service in writing.

Time-Sensitive and Rush Orders

Standard ocean shipping is not a rush service.

Customers requiring expedited production, air freight, or delivery by a specific date must contact GlobiSun before placing or approving the order. Availability, feasibility, and any additional freight or service costs must be confirmed in writing before payment.

Customized Orders

Orders requiring logo printing, custom packaging, kitting, special quantities, color combinations, labels, or other customized work require a separately confirmed production schedule before ocean transit begins.

Changes requested after order confirmation may affect production time, delivery estimates, and total cost.
